Refund policy
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns:
Because all products in this shop are made to order, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for issues like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or general dissatisfaction. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
If there’s an issue with your order:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Wrong address:
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and the order can’t be delivered, you are responsible for any reshipment costs.
Lost packages:
If your order shows as “delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. We cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
Cancellations:
Because products begin printing quickly after an order is placed, cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
